Tausif Ahmed, Country Leader for Middle East and Africa at Worldpay
Tausif Ahmed is the Country Leader for Middle East and Africa at Worldpay. In his role, Tausif is responsible for leading Worldpay in the MEA region, working with some of the largest and best-known brands, as well as global merchants, to expand into the UAE to process payments.
Tausif joined Worldpay in 2021. He has deep knowledge of the global payments landscape and over 35 years of commercial experience within the finance and payments industry.
Before Worldpay, Tausif has held senior roles at Fiserv, Logica and ACI Limited.
He is the Board member of Worldpay UAE, and holds a Bachelor's in Computer Information Science from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the University of South Wales.
During the event, Tausif will deliver a keynote presentation.
John Hallahan, Director of Business Solutions & Advisory (EMEA) at Fireblocks
John Hallahan is the Director of Business Solutions & Advisory for EMEA at Fireblocks, an enterprise platform to manage digital asset operations and build innovative businesses on blockchain.
John brings a wealth of consulting experience to Fireblocks, where he plays a pivotal role in managing complex, high-stakes client engagements to help drive the successful integration of digital asset solutions.
Since joining Fireblocks in 2022, John has been instrumental in expanding the company’s influence across EMEA, leading cross-functional projects and helping Fireblocks secure and retain key clients.
John’s contributions extend beyond his professional roles. He has been actively involved in shaping the blockchain ecosystem in Ireland, educating the ecosystem about cryptocurrency and Web3 since 2016 through his work with Blockchain Ireland and on the Fintech Advisory board of Dublin Business School.
He also mentors startups in the Global TechStars Web3 accelerator, fostering the next generation of digital asset innovators.
During the event, John will deliver a keynote presentation focused on stablecoins and the UAE and how it’s transforming payments, trade and financial inclusion.

Conor Lane is the MENA Head of Data, Technology, Automation and Testing (DTAT) at Delta Capita, where he has spent the last 7 years of his career helping Global Banks thrive in the world of FinTech.
With a strong track record in the Investment Banking and Financial Services sector, he is known for delivering innovative, high-impact solutions that drive transformation.
Conor combines technical depth with strategic vision, operating at the intersection of business and technology to solve complex challenges in Agile environments.
