"0 stars- she is the worst! She lacks compassion and empathy for one claiming to work with children and teens. My son is still extremely upset after his appointment. She claims to be a child and adolescent psychiatrist with only a nursing certificate. She has no regard for the feelings that come with a mental disorder. He came home unraveled. He said she made him feel like he was lying and/or making false claims, insisting he had a disorder that required institutional commitment and lithium. As a parent I am furious. I am unable to trust the healthcare industry help my child with the medication he needs. This traumatic incident caused more harm than a child should have to endure. "

"Sylvia does not obey the HIPPA law in any way shape or form. Patient privacy is not a concern of hers. She spoke with one of my relatives without my consent and closed my case without even talking to me because they didn't want me taking medication she prescribed. I've called and asked 5 times to speak with her about it and she openly refuses to talk to me. It's only a matter of time before they slap the cuffs on her."

"Outside of the difficulty getting through over the phone, we have been very happy with Ms. Lagdan's office. She is a smart woman and has helped us with issues and timing of when to give medication; which has made WW3 stop happening every single morning, off and on during the day, and afternoon; better than anyone else has been able to do. Our 9 yr old like seeing her and engages with her. That says a lot all by its self."
